About

Details

Package color reflects approximate results when dyeing white or off-white 100% cotton. One package dyes 1 lb. dry weight or about 3 yards medium weight fabric. For most washable fabrics. Not recommended for 100% polyester, acrylic, acetate, fiberglass or metallic fibers, or fabrics with special finishes, rubber backing, washable only in cold water or labeled dry clean only. Use Rit® Color Remover to lighten the original fabric color as much as possible before dyeing to a lighter or different color. Double the amount of dye for bright or dark colors. Add 1 cup salt for cotton, 1 cup vinegar for nylon, silk and wool.

Ingredients

Contains: Salt (Sodium Chloride), Anionic and Nonionic Surfactants.

Directions

Not recommended for synthetic fibers (acrylic, acetate or fabrics containing more than 35% polyester). Instead, use Rit Dye More Synthetic Fiber Dye. Tips: One package will dye 1 pound of dry fabric (i.e. 2 adult large t-shirts). To achieve a darker or more intense color, double dye quantity. For best results, add 1 cup of salt to dye bath for cotton, rayon or linen. Add 1 cup of vinegar to dye bath for nylon, silk or wool. If dyeing to a lighter or different color, Use Rit Color Remover before dyeing to lighten existing color in most fabrics. Use Rit Color Stay Dye Fixative immediately after dyeing cotton, linen or rayon to maximize color retention.

Directions inside. Carefully tear open.

Warnings

First Aid: If swallowed, call a Poison Control or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting. If in eyes or on skin, rinse water for 15 minutes. Keep out of reach of children., Caution: Eye irritant. Precautions: Contains salt. May irritate eyes or skin. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing.

It's simple. Using the Instacart app or website, shop for products from your store of choice near you. Once you place your order, Instacart will connect you with a personal shopper in your area to shop and deliver your order. Contactless delivery is available with our "Leave at my door" option. You can track your order's progress and communicate with your shopper every step of the way using the Instacart app or website.

- Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35.
- Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.
- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.
