Product is not ready to eat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking Instructions: From Frozen: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange frozen crab cakes flat side down on baking sheet and brush with melted butter or margarine. Place baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn crab cakes over and press gently to flatten. Bake an additional 11-13 minutes. Thawed: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange thawed crab cakes flat side down on baking sheet and brush with melted butter or margarine. Place baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 17-19 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low. Place thawed crab cakes on greased aluminum foil. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Place aluminum foil on grill and press crab cakes gently to flatten. Close grill lid and grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn crab cakes over and press gently to flatten. Grill an additional 5-6 minutes. Saute: Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a medium skillet. Preheat skillet on medium. Arrange thawed crab cakes flat side down in skillet. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Turn crab cakes over and press gently to flatten. Saute an additional 4-5 minutes.
