Ingredients
Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Dextrin, Nonfat Dry Milk, Whole Egg, Sugar, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch [Made from Non-Genetically Modified Corn], Monocalcium Phosphate), Soybean Oil, Rice Extract.
Directions
Pizza Crust Mix. Just add water, no waiting for dough to rise. It is so quick, easy and delicious you will be having pizza night more often. Preheat: Oven to 400 degrees F. Combine: 2 cups of mix with 1 cup of water in a large mixing bowl. Mix on low speed with paddle (or by hand with large spoon) until dough starts to ball up and sides of bowl are clean. Spread a small amount of mix thinly on large cutting board or counter top. Pull dough off of paddle and bowl and place on cutting board/counter top. Kneed dough several times sprinkling mix into pizza dough and forming a ball. Using a rolling pin dusted with mix, roll out crust to desired thickness and size (diameter between 14 inch to 16 inch). If dough starts to stick, dust with more mix. Fold dough like a piecrust before transferring to a pizza pan. Works best with perforated pans. Brush dough with olive oil then top with pizza sauce, cheese and favorite toppings. Bake: For about 22 minutes or until topping looks done.
