Royal baking powder is a balanced, double-acting baking powder that is a gluten free product and Kosher. The Royal brand has been a trusted brand with bakers for many years. Baking powder is a chemical leavener that is used to make batters and doughs rise. Double acting baking powder means that the baking powder reacts twice: 70% once in the mixing bowl and 30% in the oven. Use baking powder for cakes, biscuits and quick breads. This 22 ounce can features a pop top and leveling edge for accurate measuring.

Ingredients
Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminium Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate.
Directions
3 Milks cake: 1-1/2 Cups all-purpose flour; 1-1/2 tsp Royal Baking Powder; 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened; 1 cup sugar; 5 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla. Milks: 1-1/2 cups heavy cream; 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk; 1-12 oz. can evaporated milk. Garnish: Whipped cream. Instructions: Grease and flour a 9 x13 baking dish. In a bowl, sift together the flour and Royal Baking Powder, set aside. In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, blending well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixture a little at a time until blended and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and poke the cake with a fork all over the top. Mix together the 3 milks and pour over cake. Place in refrigerator until all liquid is absorbed. Top with whipped cream and serve. Directions: Using dry utensil, measure Royal Baking Powder in amount specified in recipe being used. Replace lid promptly.
