Land O’Frost Achieves 18x ROAS with Shoppable Display Ads
Land O’Frost is a third-generation family-owned business specializing in crafting delicious meats. For over 80 years they’ve focused on feeding families by providing wholesome, high-quality food, including premium lunchmeats, bacon, charcuterie meats, hot dogs, smoked sausage and more.
The start of a fruitful partnership
As digital markets evolve and consumers increasingly shift to online shopping, brands like Land O’Frost are seizing the opportunity to enhance their presence through innovative platforms like Instacart. Advertising consistently since 2021, Land O’Frost has seen the continuing rise in importance of omnichannel marketing and the growing influence of ecommerce and digital marketing spaces.
“We recognize that omnichannel marketing is a crucial strategy, and that Instacart is part of the booming e-commerce and digital marketing space,” said Saverio Spontella, SVP Sales, Marketing & Innovation. “Our marketing plans include shopper, TV, digital, and e-commerce initiatives, and we’re happy to see the positive results of our marketing campaigns.”
Winning with shoppable display ads
Since launching their campaigns on Instacart, Land O’Frost has noted significant results with their sponsored product ad campaigns. But recently for the back-to-school season, Land O’Frost ran shoppable display ads in an effort to engage with more consumers. Their campaign was a success, delivering impressive results across all of their key metrics, including ROAS, click-through rates, and attributed sales. Most notably, the campaign achieved a 18x ROAS with 57% new-to-brand sales.
“We’re happy with the results of our shoppable display ad campaign. Even more exciting was the impact this campaign had on new-to-brand sales,” said Spontella.
Growing with eCommerce
Land O’Frost have identified Instacart and retail media overall as growing parts of their business, increasing investment in these channels. And they have seen online sales grow as a result of their commitment.
As Land O’Frost looks ahead, they are committed to delivering quality products and engaging consumers in spaces where they naturally shop and at times when they are most receptive. Land O’Frost’s partnership with Instacart is a testament to their adaptive marketing strategy in a rapidly changing landscape. By aligning traditional values of quality with modern digital platforms, they continue to reach and expand their consumer base effectively.
