Directions
Microwave Oven• Place frozen fillet(s) in a single layer on microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap, and pierce to vent. • For 1 fillet: Cook on high power for 3 to 4 minutes.• For 2 fillets: Cook on high power for 6 to 7 minutes. Cooking InstructionsFor optimal food quality and safety, keep frozen (do not thaw) until ready to prepare, and follow these cooking instructions:Conventional Oven (Preferred Method)• Place oven rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 400F.• Place frozen fish in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan.• Bake for 26-28 minutes.Note: Since appliances may vary, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 155degF for oven/grill, or 165degF for microwave. Grill• Preheat grill to medium-high heat.• Lightly brush a piece of aluminum foil with oil.• Place frozen fish in a single layer on the foil.• Loosely crimp foil edges together to form a pouch. • Grill for 15 to 18 minutes.
Keep frozen (do not thaw) until ready to prepare. Keep frozen.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
