Curbside Pickup is a convenient way to get your groceries and more. Shop online, choose a timeslot, and arrive at the store when it's time. Most pickup stores will have a shopper bring your order out to your vehicle. Here's how it works:
Using the Instacart app or website, select a store that you want to shop from. Select Pickup, then specify the store location in Virginia, from which you'd like to pick up your order.
When you check out, select the timeslot for when you'd like to pick up your order. As a shopper picks your order, you'll receive updates about their progress and when it's ready for pick up.
Arrive at the store during your chosen pick up slot and head to the designated parking spots. Through the Instacart app or website let the store know you're here, and a shopper will bring your order to your vehicle.

You pay for your pickup order when you check out on the Instacart app or website. No payment happens during the actual pick up.
Instacart customers can use a valid EBT card to pay for Curbside Pickup orders containing EBT SNAP-eligible items from participating stores within the states participating in the SNAP Online Purchasing Pilot. In the Instacart app, you can update your account settings to allow EBT SNAP-eligible items to display when you shop.
