Directions
Green Chile & Chicken Enchiladas: 8 corn tortillas. 2 cups shredded chicken. 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mild Cheddar cheese. 1 pouch Frontera Enchilada Sauce. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towel. Microwave on high until hot, about 30 seconds. 2. Roll about 1/4-cup chicken into each warm tortilla. Place side by side in an 8-inch square baking dish, seam-side down. Completely cover tortillas with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Bake: Bake until bubbly hot, about 15 minutes. Serve hot. Pouch not intended for microwave use.
