Use this product in areas where control of vegetation is desired for up to 12 months. It is not for use on lawns, on or around fruits, vegetables, flowers, trees, shrubs or other plants, or over the root zones of desirable vegetation. Directions for Use: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Always read and follow label directions. Where to Use: Apply only where you want to kill existing weeds and prevent future weed growth for up to 1 year, such as: On cracks and crevices in driveways, sidewalks and walkways. Patios, paths and under decks. Along fences, foundations and curbs. Gravel areas and parking areas. Along retaining walls and landscape borders. Note: In heavy clay soils, plant growth may be prevented for more than one year. In areas of heavy rainfall, applications every 6-8 months may be necessary. To avoid damage to desirable plants, do not apply over their root systems. For shrubs and trees, do not apply closer than twice the distance from the trunk to the drip line as roots may be within this area. Where not to Use: Do not spray plants or grasses you like - they will die. Do not use in areas that will be planted or seeded within 12 months. Do not spray landscaped areas around young plants or in areas next to any desirable plants or grasses. Do not use over the root zone of desirable trees or shrubs. Do not use on steep slopes as movement on soil surface may damage desirable plants down the slope. Do not spray next to a fence if desirable plants and grasses are growing on the other side. Do not use in lawns or for lawn renovation as this product prevents desirable grasses from growing too. Do not use for vegetable garden preparation or in and around fruits and vegetables. Note: For weed control in these areas use Roundup Weed & Grass Killer, or Roundup Weed & Grass Killer, Concentrate. How to Assemble and Use Instructions: 1. Remove wand from side clip. Unsnap holder. Twist left. Pull. Remove protective strip from battery compartment to activate batteries. Pull connector by slightly twisting from side clip and unwrap hose completely. 2. Connect. Insert plug at end of hose into spout or knob on cap. Flip up spout until fully upright or turn knob to on. Flip up spout must remain up while spraying. 3. Extend. Flip open wand until it clicks and locks into position. 4. Spray. Slide trigger lock on wand handle to the unlocked position. Twist nozzle to desired spray pattern. Point nozzle away from body and hold trigger for continuous spray. Important Use Information: Do not submerge in water. When storing sprayer for long periods, remove batteries. To replace batteries: Open battery compartment at bottom of wand. Remove used batteries and replace with new AA alkaline batteries in correct position as marked inside battery compartment. Securely close battery compartment door. Always use a complete set of the same type when replacing batteries. Best performance is achieved with alkaline batteries. Never mix alkaline, carbon-zinc or rechargeable batteries. Dispose of used batteries according to manufacturer's instructions or in household trash. How to Apply: Follow illustrations and/or instructions in the how to assemble and use section to prime the sprayer. Spray existing weeds and the entire surrounding weed-prone area where weeds or grasses you want to kill normally appear you want keep free of weeds for up to 12 months until thoroughly wet. When applying to targeted weed-prone areas, shield desirable plants from drift with a sheet of cardboard or plastic. If desirable plants are sprayed accidentally, rinse off immediately with water. When to Apply: For best results, apply during warm, sunny weather above 60 degrees F. Spray when air is calm to prevent drift to desirable plants. Rainproof: Rain or watering 30 minutes after application will not wash away effectiveness. Application Restrictions: Do not apply this product in a way that will contact any person or pet, either directly or through drift. Keep people and pets out of the area during application. Only persons applying this product may be in the area during application. People and pets may enter treated area after spray has dried. Do not exceed the maximum single application rate of 1 gallon of product per 300 so ft, a yearly application rate of 2 gallons of product per 300 sq ft and wait a minimum of 6 months before repeating application. Do not apply this product via backpack sprayer. When to Replant: All ornamental bedding plants (annuals and perennials), trees, shrubs, sod and seed can be planted 12 months after application. How to Refill: This container and sprayer can be reused. To refill this empty container, pour product carefully and directly from the Roundup Dual Action 365 Weed & Grass Killer Plus 12 Month Preventer container designated as the ready-to-use refill container. Do not add water. Use Roundup Dual Action 365 Weed & Grass Killer Plus 12 Month Preventer Concentrate to refill the container. Add 6.0 fl oz (12 Tbs) of Roundup Dual Action 365 Weed & Grass Killer Plus 12 Month Preventer Concentrate to this empty container then fill with water slowly to avoid foaming.

Storage and Disposal: Pesticide Storage: Flip spout down or turn knob on cap to off. No need to disconnect sprayer hose from cap. Completely dispense product in sprayer prior to storage. Close nozzle on wand sprayer. Engage trigger lock. Flip the wand closed and place in side clip. Store product in original container in a safe place away from direct sunlight. Keep from freezing. If frozen, allow to thaw and shake well before using. To prevent accidental poisoning, never store this product in food, drink, or unlabeled containers. Pesticide Disposal and Container Handling: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container unless the directions for use allow a different concentrated or ready-to-use product to be diluted in or poured directly into the container. Reuse or refill this container according to the directions contained in the how to refill section. If Empty: Place in trash or offer for reveling if available. If Partly Filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.

Warnings

First Aid: If on skin or clothing. Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. If in Eyes: Immediately hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eyes. Call a poison control center or doctor for additional treatment advice. Note to Physician: If in eyes, treat symptomatically. Symptoms may develop gradually. Severe damage may be caused by apparently trivial contact and healing may be delayed. Medical supervision should be continued until healing is complete. Emergency Medical Information: Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. Important: To prevent new weeds and grasses from growing, you must spray the entire area you want to control, not just the emerged weeds. Do not Use: In areas that will be planted or seeded within 12 months (see booklet for details). This bottle may contain an anti-theft device, either inside or on the back of the bottle. It does not affect product performance. Precautionary Statement: Hazards to humans & domestic animals. Keep out of reach of children. Caution: May cause eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, shoes plus socks and gloves. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Such items should be kept and washed separately from other laundry. Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area or touch treated plants until spray has dried. Environmental Hazards: To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather and when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Diquat is toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water. Do not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipment wash waters. Groundwater Advisory: Triclopyr, imazapic and fluazifop-P- butyl have properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. The use of this product in areas where soil is permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in groundwater contamination. Non-Target Organism Advisory: Triclopyr, imazapic, fluazifop-P-butyl and diquat are toxic to plants and may adversely impact the forage and habitat of non-target organisms, including pollinators, in areas adjacent to the treated site. Protect the forage and habitat of non-target organisms by following label directions intended to minimize spray drift. Surface Water Advisory: Triclopyr, imazapic and fluazitop-P-butyl may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is especially true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow ground water.
