Instructions: We recommend wearing gardening gloves when using this or other planting materials. Use with adult supervision and wash hands after use. Transplanting: 1. Select a pot with a drain hole; 2. Fill pot about 1/3 full; 3. Loosen root ball before placing in new pot; 4. Add more mix, stopping 1/2 in from rim, press lightly; 5. Water, let drain. Seeding: 1. Select a pot with a drain hole; 2. Fill pot to 1/2 in from rim; 3. Seed according to directions; 4. Water, let drain. Lighting: Refer to plant tags for specific sun or shade needs. Watering: Let mix dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. Outdoor container plants require more frequent watering than indoor plants. This may be daily in hot weather. Repotting: Repotting annually to the next larger size container will encourage fruit and bloom production.
