Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. This Cheese Pizza is every bit as satisfying as our classic version but is made with a delicious gluten free crust made with organic veggies. A perfect balance of tender yet crispy, Amy's unique blend of cauliflower, broccoli and sweet potato will have even the most veggie-averse pizza fans smiling. Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Organic Tomato Purée, Filtered Water, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Broccoli, Organic Cauliflower, Organic Sweet Potatoes, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Potato Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Psyllium, Organic Red Onions, Sea Salt, Baking Powder (calcium Phosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch), Organic Flax Seed Meal, Yeast, Organic Honey, Spices, Organic Garlic, Black Pepper.

Directions: Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
