Cooking Instructions: Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen dries evenly on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 7 to 11 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil) Deep Fry: Preheat cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Fill basket 1/2 full (1/2 level) with frozen fries. Deep fry 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Standard Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes, flip product over and continue baking an additional 4 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately. (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil) Electric Skillet: Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in electric skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Cover with a lid and heat 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on advance power. Watch carefully during the final minute of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. Do not microwave. Keep frozen.
