Directions
1. Preheat: 400 degrees F convection. 425 degrees F regular. 2. Roll Out: Baking paper is oven safe up to 425 degrees F. Avoid direct contact with heating elements or flames. 9 inches x 14 inches. seamless sheet. Use as whole sheet or cut into smaller pieces. 3. Fill and Form: Add filling and fork edges closed. Brush with egg wash for golden finish. Great for pockets, turnovers, & strudels. 4. Bake 15-20 Min: For a larger pastries like strudels, increase the backing time to 30-35 minutes. Use baking paper on sheet pan, paper will brown during baking.
