We didn't have to split the atom to reinvent pasta. We had to split the almond. At Cappello's, we're here to set a new standard for your favorite foods with a little help from almonds. We harnessed the proteins, fiber and healthy fats in almond flour to create pasta unlike any other - a delicious, grain-free work of edible art. You could display it in a bowl on your coffee table, but we're guessing you'd rather eat it. The best pasta is frozen fresh, and for us that not only means convenience, but also locking in the amazing flavors of our meticulously sourced ingredients like savory cage-free eggs, tapioca flour and hydrating sea salt. Adding things like modified starches, wheat, corn, rice, legumes or soy would be like spray painting a moustache on the Mona Lisa. We could do it, but we'd definitely regret it. Ingredients
Almond flour, tapioca starch, eggs, egg whites, xanthan gum, water, sea salt, turmeric (for color)
Directions
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon of oil for best results. 2. Add frozen pasta to boiling water. After 45 seconds, gently stir with fork to separate strands. 3. Fettuccine will cook in 1 minutes 45 seconds total. Watch carefully, as pasta is delicate and can easily overcook. 4. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water using your hands to gently separate strands. 5. Toss pasta in a warmed sauce of your choosing or eat it directly out of the pot! It's that good!
Keep frozen.
