Ingredients
Bleached Wheat Flour, Animal Shortening (lard, Hydrogenated Lard, Tocopherols Preservative, Bht Preservative, Citric Acid Preservative), Dextrose, Contains Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Buttermilk, Baking Soda, Salt, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Wheat Starch, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Tricalcium Phosphate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions
Rolled Biscuits: Yield 6-8 biscuits. 1 pkg Jiffy Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, 1/2 cup water, preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Blend biscuit mix and water to a soft dough. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead several times. Pat or roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch floured cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes. Drop Biscuits: Follow recipe above except do not knead. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
