Directions
Refrigerate at 34 to 38 degrees. After opening, refrigerate unused portion in paper bag. Lightly trim bottom of cluster. Will keep 4-6 days or more. Cook before eating. Keep refrigerated. 5 easy ways to cook Mycopia mushrooms. 1. Pasta. Saute in olive oil before adding to prepared or home-made tomato sauces. Chopped mushrooms add meaty texture & flavor to sauces. 2. Cooked mushrooms go with all vegetables, but pair particularly well with dark green vegetables - broccoli, green beans, chard & spinach. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar brings out the best. 5. All by themselves. As a starter or garnish. Saute over medium high heat.
