Deep Frying: Preheat vegetable oil to 350F. Place desired amount of frozen okra into fry basket. Carefully immerse basket in hot oil and fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and serve.
Stove Top: Place sufficient vegetable oil or shortening in skillet to cover bottom (approximately 1.2 inch). Preheat oil over medium heat to 350F. Carefully place frozen okra in hot oil and cook until golden brown, turning several times with spatula.
