Directions
Microwave: Microwave ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted. Cooking times are based on a 1000 watt microwave oven. 1. Remove bowl from carton. Cut slit in center of film. 2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Carefully pull back film and stir. Re-cover and continue cooking on high for 1 minute. 3. Let stand 1 minute, carefully remove film and stir before serving. Internal temperature of meal should be 165degF after heating. Conventional Oven: Do not heat under broiler or in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350degF. Remove bowl from carton. Pull back film to vent. Place on baking sheet. 2. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, peel back film and stir. Replace film and bake for 10 minutes. 3.
