Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, And Folic Acid), Salt, Spices (including Black Pepper), Natural Flavor, And Leavening (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate).
Directions
To Panfry: Use 1/4" to 1/2" oil or shortening in pan.Chicken: Heat oil to 350degF. Fry 2–3 minutes on each side or until light brown. Reduce heat to 300degF., cover pan and fry 10 minutes on each side or until done.Onion Rings: Heat oil to 375oF. Cut onions into 1/4" slices. Separate into rings. Fry 2–3 minutes or until golden brown. Seafood Heat oil to 375degF. Dip in wet batter only. Fry 3–5 minutes or until done. To oven Fry:Preheat oven to 400degF. Cover bottom of shallow pan with melted margarine. Arrange coated chicken (with or without skin) in single layer. Avoid overcrowding. Turn chicken in margarine to coat both sides. Bake 45–50 minutes or until done, turning once. All You Need:6 to 7 lbs. Chicken PartsWater or MilkVegetable Oil or Shortening1. Pour Fry Mix into a plastic bag or shallow dish.2. Moisten chicken parts with water or milk. Shake off excess.3. Shake or roll chicken in Fry Mix, a few pieces at a time, until evenly coated. Let stand several minutes for coating to adhere. Refer to cooking options below.To Deep Fry:Pour oil or melt shortening in large heavy skillet, saucepan or deep-fryer. Fill no more than half full or deep enough for chicken to float while frying. Heat to 365degF. Add chicken, avoid overcrowding. Fry 10–13 minutes or until done. Remove and drain.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
