Directions
La Flor Mojo Criollo is a great all purpose Spanish marinade. Use it on ribs, steaks, chops, fish and poultry. Meat can be boiled in this sauce to capture the essence of the La Flor Mojo. You can also marinate overnight in a plastic bag with 2 cups of La Flor Mojo, add 2 tablespoons of La Flor Adobo con Sazon, and 2 tablespoons of Garlic Powder, BBQ or bake in oven until done.
