Keep refrigerated 32-38 degrees F. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before use. Puncture the package to release the vacuum and bring to room temperature. Product can be frozen. Consume within one month of freezing. Defrost under refrigeration and use the same day. Do nor refreeze.
