Cooking Directions: At Honeysuckle White, we talked pride on producing the finest turkey for you and your family. Follow these steps for a juicy, flavorful turkey everyone's going to remember. Thawing (Defrosting): Place unopened package on tray in refrigerator for 24-36 hours (until thawed). Do not open bag until turkey is thawed. Keep turkey cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Preparation and Roasting: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove thawed turkey from bag. Do not remove turkey from inner cooking netting. Remove gravy packet and place in refrigerator until ready to prepare. Important Step: Brush turkey thoroughly (top and bottom) with vegetable oil also brush roasting rack the turkey will be roasting on prior to cooking. Place turkey on rack in shallow roasting pan and season as desired. Roast immediately in center of oven 350 degrees F for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to prevent over-browning. The turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F in the center as measured by a meat thermometer. After cooking let the turkey stand about 10-15 minutes prior to slicing. Prepare gravy according to instructions on the gravy packet. Remove netting, slice and serve. (Tip for removing inner cooking net. Use a scissor to cut the netting lengthwise otherwise on the top side of the roast. Carefully peel netting away from roast, working top to bottom). Additional Tips: we recommend conventional over roasting, but your frozen Honeysuckle white boneless roast is also delicious when grilled or roasted in a slow-cooker.
