Easy Method Mix: Large Batch: 1. Combine 1 package (1-1/2 lbs) gravy mix with 1 quart (32 oz) water. Mix with wire whip until thoroughly blended. Set aside. 2. Bring 3 quarts (96 oz) water to a full rolling boil. 3. Pour gravy mixture into boiling water stirring vigorously. Continue heating until mixture thickens, approximately 1 minute. Serve. Yield: 1 gallon. Small Batch: 1. Combine 1-1/2 cups gravy mix with 1 cup water. Mix with a wire whip until thoroughly blended. Set aside. 2. Bring 3 cups of water to a full rolling boil. 3.
