Maltodextrin, Wheat Flour, Beef Flavor (Hydrolyzed Corn Protein with Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oil), Salt, Paprika, Sugar, Spices, Yeast Extract, Onion, Garlic, Smoke Flavor [Maltodextrin, Natural Smoke Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking)].
Directions
Oven baking bag & seasoning mix:
Time:
Prep time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 1-1/4 hours.
Stand time: 5 minutes.
You will need:
1 pkg. Sauer's spare rib seasoning mix.
1/4 cup water.
4 lbs. spare ribs or baby back ribs cut into three or four rib sections.
Important: allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Baking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
Direction:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place baking bag in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
2. Place ribs in bag. Pour water over ribs and sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over ribs. Close bag with nylon tie and cut four small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
3. Bake in oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut open bag and remove ribs. Spoon sauce over ribs.
Makes 6 servings.
