Product can be warmed using most moist heating methods (such as a compatible steam table. Double boiler, or cheese sauce dispenser), or the cheese sauce can be microwaved (between 140 degrees F/60 degrees C and 165 degrees F/73.9 degrees C), stirring frequently, in a separate microwave-safe container for immediate use. Caution: The container and cheese sauce will be hot. Once opened, unused product must be continuously heated at no less than 140 degrees F/60 degrees C and must be used within 6 hours if heated to 165 degrees F/73.9 degrees C or used within 5 days if held hot between 140 degrees F/60 degrees C and 164.9 degrees F/73.8 degrees C.
