Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Light Buckwheat Flour, Whole Grain Dark Buckwheat Flour, Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Thickener (Potato Starch and Psyllium), Grainless & Aluminum-Free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Potato Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Sea Salt, Psyllium, Cellulose, Rice Bran.
Directions
Pancakes: 1/2 cup (70 g) Buckwheat Pancake Mix; 1 egg (For egg-free version, use your favorite egg replacer [results may vary]. Thicker batter works best); 2/3 cup almond milk (Cows' milk, other milk alternative, or water can be used); 1 tbsp oil. Yield: Six 4-inch pancakes. Crepes: Mix together 1/2 cup mix, 1 egg, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water. Batter will be thin. Heat non-stick crepe pan on medium heat. Swirl 1/4 cup batter thinly around, covering skillet. When edges dry, carefully flip crepe and finish cooking. Yield: six- 8 inch crepes. Preheat griddle to medium high heat. Mix together all ingredients. Let batter sit for 1-2 minutes. Pour batter onto a lightly oiled griddle. When bubbles appear and pancake puffs, flip and cook until bottom is golden brown. Oil griddle before cooking each pancake. Thicker batter will create thicker pancakes. Water can be added to thin batter.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
