Directions
Keep refrigerated. Prepare or freeze by date on package.
Serving: this cure 81 ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove ham from the wrapper, place on platter & serve. To heat: remove ham from package and place largest cut surface face down in baking pan. Add 1 cup water to pan. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 f for 20 minutes per pound or until warmed through. Optimum serving temperature for ham is 135 f - 140 F.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
