Potatoes, Dextrose, Disodium Pyrophosphate (added To Maintain Color), Potassium Sorbate And Sodium Bisulfite (added To Maintain Freshness)
Directions
Bake: Oven*
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 7" x 11" x 2" or larger baking pan.
3. Add potatoes. Season as desired.
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown stirring once or twice.
*Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven or stove. For your safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Pan Fry: Skillet*
1. Add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or electric fry pan over medium heat.
2. Evenly distribute potatoes in skillet or fry pan. Season as desired.
3. Cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve hot.
