For Meatloaf You Will Need: 1 lb. lean ground beef; 1/2 cup milk; 1 egg; 1/2 cup ketchup, divided. For Potatoes You Will Need: 1-1/2 cups water, 2 Tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup milk. 1. Heat oven to 400F. Mix ground beef, Seasoned Oats, milk, egg and 1/4 cup ketchup in large bowl. 2. Grease 9 x 5- or 8 x 4-inch nonstick* loaf pan. Spread meatloaf mixture in pan. Top with 1/4 cup ketchup. 3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked (165F). About 10 minutes before end of bake time, continue with the potatoes. 4. Heat water and butter to a rapid boil in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and Seasoned Potatoes until well blended. Let stand 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed; whip vigorously with fork. Cover; set aside. Serve with meatloaf. Refrigerate leftovers. Add a Fresh Twist: Make your mashed potatoes even more delicious by topping with crumbled cooked bacon. Top the mashed potatoes with a tablespoon of chopped green onions for a delicious fresh crunch. *If using shiny metal loaf pan, bake 40 to 50 minutes.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
