Thomas Marinade came from the resourcefulness of a rural North Carolina couple in the early 30s that grew everything they ate and constantly made up sauces, dressings and meat soaks. One day they mixed fresh soy, canola, and oregano with some homegrown garlic and a few secret ingredients to soak a fine cut of beef. It cooked up to be the most tender, delicious steak ever! That very marinade is what's right here in this bottle. It's just one of the many inspired Thomas Gourmet Foods products.

Ingredients
Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol, Wheat), Canola Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Spices, Xanthan Gum.
Directions
Shake well before pouring.
Long Soak, Drizzle or Blend: You can soak anything you like in Thomas Marinade. It's perfect with flank steak, pork, kabobs or cut-up chicken. You can marinate meats overnight or give theirs a drizzle just before cooking. Thomas Marinade is heavenly blended in hamburgers. Short Soak or Stir Fry: A little goes a long way with Thomas Marinade! Soak seafoods 20 to 45 minutes before grilling or baking. For unbelievable shrimp, heat marinade in a skillet, add shrimp and stir fry until they just turn opaque.
Refrigerate after opening.
