Ingredients
Pork, Water, Seasoning (Brown Sugar, Spices), Dextrose, Balsamic Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, Balsamic Vinegar), Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor), Sea Salt, Turbinado Sugar.
Directions
Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
Cooking instructions:
Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.
Grill:
1. Remove outer packaging before cooking.
2. Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
3. Place pork filet on center of grill and close grill lid.
4. Grill filet on side one 10-15 minutes.
5. Rotate filet and grill side two 10-15 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
6. Remove filet from grill.
7. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Oven:
1. Remove outer packaging before cooking.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
3. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan*.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
5. Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
6. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
*If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes.
