The Rusty Nail: 1 part Drambuie, 2 parts Glenfiddich 12YO. Build over ice in a rocks glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist. Drambuie Collins: Simple yet delicious, The Drambuie Collins is delightfully refreshing from the bright citrus and fresh mint. Drambuie adds a honeyed sweetness that perfectly complements this sparkling lemonade cocktail. 2 parts Drambuie, 1 part fresh lemon juice, 8 mint leaves, 4 parts soda. Combine Drambuie, lemon juice and mint leaves into a highball glass. Top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
