Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Organic Hard Red Spring Wheat, Organic Brown Sugar (organic Cane Sugar, Organic Molasses), Organic Cassia Cinnamon, Baking Powder (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-gmo Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sea Salt.
Directions
You Will Need: 1 large egg, 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (1/4 cup), 1/2 cup milk. Streusel Topping: 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. Baking Tools: 2 bowls & spoon (or fork), baking pan (see below for options). Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease (or use cooking spray) the bottom of your baking pan. Soften 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Leave the butter out at room temperature until softened and easily blendable. Tip: Cut the butter into small chunks and leave out for 10-20 minutes, or microwave for 5 seconds at a time, flipping the butter each time, until softened. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, 1 large egg, cane sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend together until smooth, fluffy, and lightens in color. Add 1/2 cup milk and flour. Mix well, until no lumps are visible. If adding something from the tips and suggestions, add now. To make the streusel topping, melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a small bowl (you can microwave for 20 to 30 seconds). Add the brown sugar, cane sugar, flour and cinnamon to the melted butter. Blend the ingredients until crumbly (fork works best!). Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Tip: If you would like streusel in the middle as well as on top, pour half of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the streusel, then pour in the remaining batter. Sprinkle streusel topping over batter, using as much or as little as you would like depending on your sweetness preference. If you like very sweet, use all of the streusel, or half if you prefer less sweetness. Bake according to the pan size shown below. Check if done by inserting a toothpick into the center of the pan. If it come out clean, it is done. If batter clings to the toothpick, it needs more time. Let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy! Baking Pan Options: Pan Size: 8-inch metal or glass, Bake Time (Minutes): 25-35; Pan Size: 9-inch metal or glass, Bake Time (Minutes): 20-30; Pan Size: Mini loaf, Bake Time (Minutes): 18-22; Pan Size: Regular muffin, Bake Time (Minutes): 12-15; Pan Size: Mini muffin, Bake Time (Minutes): 10-13. 350 degrees F for dark or coated pans. Tips and Suggestions: Try adding: 1 cup (fresh or frozen) blueberries, raspberries, mashed bananas, diced apples; 1/2 to 1 cup pumpkin puree (replaces milk, do not add milk); 1/2 cup nuts, raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips; 1-2 tbsp poppyseeds; 1 cup wheat bran. Streusel Topping Additions: Try 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pecans or walnuts. High Altitude Cooking: You may want to increase the oven temperature. Using canola or vegetable oil: Replace the butter with 1/4 cup of oil. Vegetarian and Vegan: Replace the butter with 1/4 cup of canola or vegetable oil, replace the egg with egg replacer, and use dairy-free milk.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
