Pork Ribs, Corky's Original Bar-b-q Sauce (water, Tomato Paste, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Molasses, Distilled Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce (distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind, Natural Flavors), Cayenne Peppers, Natural Smoke Flavor, Dehydrated Onions, Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice And Spice Extractives, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzoate (preservative), Guar Gum, Ascorbic Acid).
Directions
Storage & Thawing: This product may be stored in your freezer until the use by date stamped on the end of the carton. For best results ribs should be completely thawed before heating. Thawing will normally take 12-24 hours in the refrigerator. For the most enjoyment of your Corky's Bar-B-Q Ribs we recommend you heat your ribs on the grill. Outdoor Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium-hot (350 degrees F to 400 degrees F). Remove ribs from pouch. Brush ribs with bar-b-q sauce left in pouch. Place ribs on grill directly over coals. Close grill cover and heat ribs for 5 minutes. Turn ribs over and brush ribs again with bar-b-q sauce. Heat again for 5-6 minutes or until ribs are 160 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove ribs from pouch. Place ribs on baking pan and brush with bar-b-q sauce left in pouch. Place pan on the middle shelf in oven. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven and brush ribs again with remaining bar-b-q sauce. Place pan back in oven and heat ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes or until ribs are 160 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Since microwaves vary, adjust heating times accordingly. Remove ribs from pouch. Cut slab of ribs in half and place both halves, side by side (overlapping if necessary), on a microwaveable safe plate. Brush liberally with remaining bar-b-q sauce left in pouch. Microwave at full power for 3 minutes. Remove plate from microwave. Rearrange ribs on plate and microwave again for an additional 2-3 minutes or until ribs are 160 degrees F. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 3 days. Use of a cooking thermometer is recommended. Use care when handling ribs after heating. Ribs will be very hot!
Memphis: For Memphis Dry Style ribs: Sprinkle generously with Corky's Bar-B-Q Dry Rub Seasoning after cooking and serve.
Keep frozen until ready to thaw and use.
