chicken with lemon garlic sauce - ingredients: 4 (1-1/4 to 1-1/2 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 cups big y 33% less sodium chicken broth, divided, 2 medium lemons, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp cornstarch, fresh thyme sprigs. Directions: spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; Place over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning until brown on both sides. Halve lemons; Juice 3 halves. Cut remaining lemon half into 4 slices. Add lemon slices to pan and brown on both sides.
