Lentils (lentils, Water), Small Red Beans (beans, Water), Parboiled Brown Rice (water, Rice), Onions, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Water, Salt, Unsalted Butter (pasteurized Cream, Natural Flavoring), Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Natural Butter Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Extractives Of Turmeric, Paprika & Annatto, Soy Lecithin, Red Pepper, Spices, Garlic.
Directions
Stove Top Directions:Open package and pour frozen contents and 2/3 cup water into a saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add additional water if needed. Microwave Directions:Do not open, pierce, or thaw bag before cooking.1. Gently shake bag side to side to evenly distribute contents.2. Place one frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave.3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time.700–800 Watts, 6 minutes; 900–1000 Watts, 5 minutes; 1100–1200 Watts, 41/2 minutes.Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate.4.
