Wild Caught Shrimp, Salt, Sodium Metabisulfite (E223), Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Citrate.
Directions
To Thaw Shrimp: Place shrimp in colander under running cold water for 5 to 10 minutes or until thawed. Drain well. Do not refreeze thawed product. Cooking Instructions: Sauteed: Sautee or cook in your favorite sauce. Add the shrimp raw to the other ingredients when ready and simmer 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Shrimp are fully cooked when flesh is opaque color throughout. Broil: Set oven to broil. Position shrimp in pan and season to taste. Place shrimp 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes turning several times while broiling. Shrimp are fully cooked when flesh is opaque color throughout. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place shrimp in oiled baking dish. Season to taste. Bake to 8 to 12 minutes until flesh is opaque color throughout. For baked stuffed shrimp place shrimp flat on pan and put 3 oz's of your favorite seafood stuffing on top of shrimp leaving the shell/tail section exposed. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Boil: Fill cooking pot with enough water to cover shrimp and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling add thawed shrimp and cook for 4 to 5 minutes stirring several times while cooking. Shrimp are fully cooked when flesh is opaque color throughout. Drain hot water and plunge shrimp into cold water to stop cooking. Serve chilled or store in refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
Frozen product store in freezer. Keep frozen.
