Stove Top: Preferred method. 1. Remove from plastic tray. Place all potstickers with EZ ice on non-stick frying pan. 2. Heat on medium up to 12 minutes and continue until potsticker bottoms become golden brown. 3. Press down and quickly push potstickers forward with backside of spatula. Microwave (1,100 Watts): Heating may vary according to microwave wattage: 1. Leave all potstickers in original packaging and open side to vent. 2. Place on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 2-3 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from microwave, strain excess water, and serve. EZ Chicken Dumpling Soup: 1. Place two potstickers in a microwave safe cup, add 1/2 cup of water. 2. Heat on high for 2 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from microwave, add salt and pepper to taste.
