Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Your culinary adventure begins here! Remember to keep frozen until you're read to chef it up. For crispiest results, skillet cooking is recommended. For optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions: Conventional Oven: Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets is single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Skillet: Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in single layer into a skillet and cook 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 165 degrees F before enjoying! Microwave cooking not recommended. Looking to try something new? Place the salmon on top of your favorite noodles - how about whole wheat spaghetti or vermicelli? Thinly slice some red pepper, chop up cilantro, maybe a dash of soy sauce. Garnish with a lime wedge or two.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
