Uncooked. Boneless. Skinless. Vacuum sealed for freshens. Wild caught. Eternal Oceans: Open Acres Seafood Sourcing Practices.
Ingredients
Pink Salmon.
Directions
Thaw: Thawing: Prior to thawing in refrigerator, puncture several holes in the sealed bag, place on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. To quickly defrost, place sealed bag under cold water for 20-30 minutes. Pan Fry: (1) Preheat 1 Tbsp. Oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. (2) Remove frozen fillets from vacuum wrap and immediately place fish in skillet. (3) Cook 14-16 minutes, turning once until fish flakes easily with a fork or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. (4) To cook from thawed state, adjust cook time to 9-12 minutes. Bake: (1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. (2) Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. (3) Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet, and bake 4-6 minutes per half inch of thickness, until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145 degrees F. The fish should be opaque and flake easily. Broil: (1) Preheat broiler. Remove frozen fillets from vacuum wrap. (2) If desired, season fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice. (3) Place pan containing fish 4 to 5 inches from heat and broil 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F. To cook from thawed state, adjust cooking time to 7-9 minutes. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fish is done when it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cooking Instructions: Safe Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed. Do not refreeze. All though great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Keep frozen.
