Outdoor Grill for Medium Well: Preheat gas grill to 350 degrees or until charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. In the Frying Pan for Medium Well: Place frozen patty in preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes, then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
