Bake: Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Pan Fry: Pan-sear for 4-5 minutes per side. Boil: Broil for 12-15 minutes. Fry: Fry (pat dry and bread/batter) for 6-8 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present.
