Cured With Water, Fructose, Brown Sugar. Contains 2% Or Less Of Salt, Flavoring (Propylene Glycol, Invert Sugar, Ethyl Alcohol, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color), Spices, Potassium Lactate, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Directions
To Bake: Preheat oven to 300F. Remove all packaging. Place ham in foil-covered baking dish or roasting pan (place flat side down). Add at least a half-inch of water to the pan and loosely cover ham with foil. Place in preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound or until ham reaches and internal temperature of 140F. Ensure that bottom of pan remains covered with water throughout baking time; do not let it dry out. Note: Improper heating or overcooking may dry out ham.
Keep refrigerated.
