Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Confetti Bits (organic Cane Sugar, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Expeller-pressed Sunflower Oil, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Color [organic Turmeric, Organic Annatto, Carrot Juice, Elderberry Juice, Red Cabbage Juice, Red Radish Juice]), Organic Wheat Starch, Baking Powder (cream Of Tartar, Baking Soda), Natural Flavor, Sea Salt.
Directions
You will need 3/4 cup water. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for aluminum or glass pan or 325 degrees F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom only of 13x 9 pan or generously grease and flour bottom and sides of all other pans. 2/3 cup oil. Beat together mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread evenly in pan. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting. Store loosely covered. Pan size: 12(inch) X 9(inch), Bake time (in minutes) 30-35; Pan size: Two 8(inch) rounds, Bake time (in minutes) 30-35; Pan size: Two 9(inch) rounds, Bake time (in minutes) 27-32; Pan size: Bundt, Bake time (in minutes) 40-45; Pan size: Cupcakes(makes 24), Bake time (in minutes) 15-20. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 13x9 pan 24-29 minutes. Bake 30 cupcakes 11-16 minutes. Don't forget the frosting! Vanilla frosting 1/2 cup butter, softened 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 5 to 6 tablespoons milk. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy, gradually add powdered sugar until blended. Beat in vanilla and milk until smooth and spreadable.
Store in a cool, dry place.
