This frozen side is a great alternative to Mexican corn. It is gluten free and is the perfect way to add smoky flavor and a little zing to your weeknight meals.

      Ingredients

      Organic Corn, Water, Organic Unsalted Butter (organic Cream, Lactic Acid), Organic Parmesan Cheese (organic Cultured Pasteurized Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Organic Nonfat Dry Milk, Less Than 2% Of: Lime Juice (water, Lime Juice Concentrates, Lime Oil), Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Guajillo Chile Pepper, Whey Protein Concentrate, Cilantro, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder.

      Directions

      Cook thoroughly. Instructions: Microwave oven cook only one at a time. (1) Pull back cover about 1 - inch to vent. (2) Microwave on high 4 - 1/2 to 5 minutes. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, its hot! Remove cover and stir. Let stand 2 minutes and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pull back cover about 1-inch to vent. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 35 minutes. Remove cover and cook uncovered an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Remove carefully, it's hot! Check that food is cooked thorough y. Let stand 2 minutes; stir and enjoy! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Read and follow these cooking directions.

      Serving Suggestion: Serve with tacos, roast chicken or anything from the grill.

      Keep frozen.

        I love this Mexican street corn and I can’t find it anywhere (it’s that good!!). I am thinking about stalking the delivery truck at my supermarket to make sure I get some..if you see this in your store: buy it! You will not be disappointed!         Don't be fooled by visually appealing box cover & the nice all-natural, gluten-free, non-gmo. Although that is very much appreciated, the sodium levels in these meals are lethal. I'll stay with 3VOL. if it's necessary to have a frozen dinner. Alexia's got the right idea but between the insane levels of sodium & potassium these are not in anyone's best interest..

It held up very well with cooking and it felt like the butter was freshly added to the corn, corn was grilled with good amount of charing.
