Well, Chocolate Cookie EnlightenMint is Ben & Jerry’s contribution to the theme. We went with mint light ice cream to shave off some fat and calories, but while that lightened things up to 190 calories per serving, we made sure to stay true to our roots by adding in plenty of fudge truffles and chocolate cookies. So throw your hands up in the air like you just don’t care — just be sure you’ve got a spoon to dig into this lighter, sprightlier, just as delightfully created pint.
And sure, we went lighter on calories and fat. But our commitment to using non-GMO ingredients, cage-free eggs, and milk from happy cows in our Caring Dairy Program is iron-clad.
