Add whipping cream, salt and pepper; Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring often, or until sauce thickens. 5. Combine meat mixture with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly and cheese begins to brown.
