Semi-sweet Chocolate (sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Dextrose), Sugar, Semi-sweet Chocolate (unsweetened Chocolate Processed With Alkali, Sugar, Soy Lecithin, Milkfat), Enriched Flour Bleached (wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Canola Oil, Salt.
Directions
You can choose to make 2, 4 or 6 at a time. Do not eat raw batter. To Make 2 Molten Lava Cakes You Will Need: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 egg. To Make 2 Molten Lava Cakes: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottoms and sides of 2 foil cups. 2. Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave until melted (bowl will be hot). 3. Empty 1 pouch lava cake mix into melted butter; stir until blended. Microwave 20 seconds. Add egg; stir 1 minute until very well blended. Divide batter between 2 foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). Place cups on baking sheets. 4. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until sides are set and centers are soft. Let stand 2 minutes. Run knife around sides of cups to loosen. Immediately place small serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove foil cup. Serve immediately. To make 4 molten lava cakes, use 2 pouches of mix, 1/3 cup unsalted butter and 2 eggs. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. To make 6 molten lava cakes, use 3 pouches of mix, 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter and 3 eggs. Bake 13 to 15 minutes. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Chef's Tip: Dust with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream before serving.
