Organic Chicken Bone Broth (Triple Filtered Water, Organic Free Range Chicken Bones, Organic Onion, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt (Made with Selina Brand Celtic Sea Salt), Organic Parsley), Organic Butter, Organic Pasteurized Cream (Milk), Salt), Organic Coconut Medium Chain Triglycerides, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Turmeric, Sea Salt (Made with Selina Brand Celtic Sea Salt), Organic Black Pepper.
Directions
1. Defrost in the fridge overnight, or heat directly from frozen. 2. Remove lid and inner seal. 3. Heat in microwave. Stir halfway. If thawed, heat for 1 - 1-1/2 minutes. If frozen, heat for 3 - 3-1/2 minutes. Microwaves vary, adjust cooking times as needed. Or heat on stovetop. Thaw, then empty contents into saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring as needed. Pro Tip: Blend before drinking for best results. Place lid back on. Sip & go!
