Unsweetened Chocolate, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract, Milkfat.

Melting Directions: Stovetop: Place 2 cups chocolate chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. When chips begin to turn shiny, stir instantly until melted. We recommend melting no more than 2 cups at a time. Once melted, use immediately. Microwave: Melt 2 cups chocolate chips in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until melted. Microwaves vary; melting times may need to be adjusted.
Quality Tip: Store in a cool dry place (60-70 degrees F).
